We are often asked what are the best oil coolers to use for Automatic Transmissions, Not an easy question given there are so many different cars and transmission configurations not to mention vehicle usages. We have used a few different brands over the years and have fitted them to almost every on and off road vehicle thinkable. Well we can safely say that we have FINALLY! found a cooler that works extremely well. Super Efficient, Light Weight AND with very good flow rates.

We carry 2 different sizes, Medium and Extra Large in both 8mm & 10mm (5/16 & 3/8) cooler fittings. Pictured is our Extra Large Cross Flow ( Plate Type) Oil Cooler 280mm x 280mm x 19mm (11" x 11" x 3/4"). Australian Made all Aluminium and perfectly suited to automatic transmissions that are constantly under load and require a cooler that has been rigorously tested for Australians harsh and hot conditions.

The Medium Cooler suits most passenger vehicles while the Extra Large Coolers are the units we spent a great deal of time testing in large 4 wheel drives that were being used to tow large caravans Etc around Australia. We are literally fitted Dozens and sold Hundreds of these coolers all with perfect results. I don't make them but I do fit them to our rebuilt transmissions and after 20 years experience they are my cooler of choice.
